The Cultural Center Pavillon is run by a non-profit association, the BürgerinitiativeRaschplatz e. V.. This Association is represented by a board of directors working on a voluntary basis. The current board was elected for two years at the meeting of members on the 13th of December 2021 and consists of six members: Heiner Schlote (1st chairperson), Runak Sabbar (2nd chairperson), Irving Wolther, Shaun Hermel, Johannes Teller, Daniel Kalifa und Ninia „LaGrande“ Binias.
